OMG I've been craving mushrooms of all kinds lately - I'd have eaten them all, too! Well, I don't know for sure, can you believe I've never had a morel? Outrageous, I know. George actually has a sort of phobia of mushrooms, so I don't bring them into the house very often - I've started taking them to work, though and eating them there, but only raw. Good, but I want to cook them and revel in the smell - mmmmmmmmmmmmm.
